As much as I think he's doing a great job for Juventus so far, don't speak too soon. He's on his way to building a great team in Torino but he hasn't won anything yet, if he goes on to achieve as much as Lippi in his time then sure, talk like this is accepted but yeah, for now he's just a very good manager, and I'd actually say he's better than Allegri perhaps tactics wise but crucially at this moment in time Allegri has won a league title already, in a similar space of time in his career.
Same goes for Ancelotti, who got very lucky sure with such an incredible squad at his disposal, but he still went on to win big trophies even if he underachieved in the league (he was competing against a certain Lippi and then later Moratti for most of it). Good luck to Conte and the club sure but, regardless of Lippi's Juventus (and his achievements with said team) being a thing of the past, such a comparison is really, really premature.

I think he is a good coach, his football is not fancy but it is efficient. He looks to me like a good man manager. When Ancelotti was at Milan I thought his man management was better than his tactics and that was a good reason for his success, something that Terim failed to do with the same squad. I always thought Ancelotti at first inherited Terim's tactics but his man management was needed to achieve what Milan did in his era. I am not saying that Allegri is close to what Ancelotti is, I am just saying that the same thing was being said year after year until he left Milan. It was ONLY then that Juventus fans admitted what a coach he was.

Interesting about the man management point, because there is an interview in todays' CDS with Pato and he says that Allegri doesnt talk to him enough (about his performances and tactics etc) and he should learn to, like Leonardo and Carlo did. I hope these words create tension in the Milan camp and ruin team harmony.
