Now this guy is a 2nd half genius and a team talk master. Seriously what does he do to the players in the locker room? Hand them pills?

I don't know what it is but it's certainly is working, and I LOVE IT! :D

I hope we never see that 3-5-2 experiment ever again.
:agree:
Yea didn't like this too much, it was very lob-sided and Litch, Pepe and Matri were asked too much IMO
That 3-5-2 wasn't so bad. If it was Marchisio instead of Pepe and Licht didn't run his gas out, I think they'll put a better show.

Napoli were scoring shit goals, the first two goals were rather unfortunate and the third one could be avoided.
Licht didn't run as much as he used to be and Vucinic was left alone with the ball on the right at times.
Pepe-Estigarribia-Matri had a few good moments upfront at the first half but the passing exchanges were poor.

Nice for us fans to know whats in conte's head and how he thinks, but the oppositions are hearing too and soon enough they will catch him out.
sure we will one day lose, it is inevitable but unlike most other managers in Serie A Conte has shown diversity in his systems and the will to experiment with what he has, it is his flexibility that will help us in the long run, unlike the stubborness of our previous managers since lippi

Well Maggio didn't do a fucking thing all game so Conte got that one right. Unfortunately we gave up a set piece and then Bonucci raped us.

100% correct! Conte is the essence that is exuding from this team, the work ethic, and grinta!

I gotta admit I was swearing at Toto the entire second half for still keeping Vucinic on the pitch, who had a biggest choke of his life it seemed and it was like we were playing a man down.

Yeah, but let Ale play? no no, that will kill us. Not for more than a single mintue, no way.

You should learn how to treat legends, Conte.

yeah, bad Conte, very bad, going for scudetto and making new legends in the process is not important, the most important thing is that you would accomodate Alessandro Del Piero, its THE most important thing a coach should do!

:sergio: lets change what is already working
Lets understand that respect our biggest legend doesn't mean changing what's working. Lets realize that you don't put Alessandro Del Piero for 1 minute like he's 17 years old kid and you better not play him at all. Lets admit that we could get a better result if he was out there instead of Mirko in the last 30 mintues, just like he could do much better than other players- weak players- who got chances instead of him.

It was pretty clear, especially in the first half.

In the second half Chiellini played a little wider and Estigarribia played higher up, but it was still more 3-5-2 than anything else.
Not that clear to me to be honest.

Even in the first half we mostly had a clear line of 4 at the back. At least that's how I saw it:

Licht - Bonucci - Barzagli - Zorzio
--------------------------------Esti
--------------------mid

Fairly imbalanced most times. Which is not necessarily a bad thing in general, even if mostly was yesterday.
