Seriously, putting aside my biased judgment, does one really need Alessandro Del Piero the most important Juve player ever to waste 1minute?

Does it even make sense? I've never seen something like happening to Baresi, nor Maldini, wont happen with Totti, impossible for Zanetti. This is not about Azzurri7/DP Style not liking the idea of Ale playing but more of how you handle this man.

The crime itself is when some of you see Del Piero like the rest of the squad. He can NOT, he can NOT and he can NOTTTT be compared to anyone in this team. He's a special case, he's fucking Alessandro Del Piero, you do NOT put him for 1 fucking minute and humiliate him like this infront of everyone, even EPL fans and La Liga fans found this weird thing to do ffs.

And I'm not here to question Conte's success so far,

Am I satisfied? More than satisfied.
Do we need to change the formation? No we don't.
Should Ale start over anyone? No he shouldn't.
Does Ale deserve playing time coming off the bench? Fucking yes he does.
Do you treat him differently than the others? Fucking yes you do.
Do you put Ale on to waste 1minute? You don't.

Very fucking simple.
point is.you HAVE to respect the players that loved and gave so much to this club,if you don't, how can you expect other players to stay loyal and become legends of your team when they know when they're not needed so much they'd be disrespected at that level.

really rab you gave me -rep for having an opinion and supporting Conte's choices that is truely pathetic.
No, but because you don't read. I'm fed up with limited heads like yourself here.

You said there's no room for Ale to start, I asked where did I/we mention that we want him as a starter? Then you went on to change the subject.

oh apparently i dont know how football works cause vucinic sucked last night and Del Piero would have made the difference, eventhough Vucinic was influencial in the 2nd half yesturday. Hence i said what i said, about not needing to change something that is already working and the results show that. Whether Dp plays 1 min or 20 mins is not my concern, it is down to Conte to decide, a player like DP plays as much of a role even in those few minutes cause his experience to slow down the play and shut the game out is just as vital to ensure we secure the win, you can argue that giving him 20 mins is disrespectful or 45 mins, truth of the matter is whenever he plays for however long it is for a reason, and that reason is to make sure the result is secured thanks to his presence and experience on the pitch.

disrespectful is when you drop one of your all time best goalscorers out of the CL squad and replace him with bonera - yes im refering to inzaghi

Best part when I came to him he thought I'd ask him for a picture first but I was like Del Piero? Where is he????

I then felt sorry for him and took a picture.

Conte is great so far, but i'm a little worried about the rest of the championship.
You just can't finish a season with 11-12 players and maybe we'll pay it in the final stage.
We had the same problem under Capello in 2006.The team was exhausted after March.
Till now, there is no rotation and as we have seen subs are usually late.
Let's hope we won't stay out of gas later.........

100%

Little bit of faith to your bench players would do you good. What if next week both Matri and Vucinic are injured? Is it impossible to happen? Of course not it did happen to us too many times last 4-5years. You need to show faith in your subs and not to mention we have pretty damn good subs: De Ceglie, Pazienza, Krasic, Esti, Del Piero and Quag.too

as i said before Conte is making his way to be one of the best in the world. his work is already been appreciated even here in Egypt.. fuck all of that all i need is to watch the '' Never Say Die! '' spirit we used to be called.

thanks Conte for your efforts and maybe you are inexperienced but the winning spirit u have makes me believe you will do your best to learn faster just to help us.

The 90's Juve players almost all have this grinta and winning mentality. Conte, Montero, Tacchinardi, Ciro(too bad he was inexperienced), Biri, Vialli etc.. I wish Alessio was Conte's assistant.

Conte is the type of man I would love to have in the dressing room. Montero too.

That's true when you are playing a 50-60 game season, but Juve aren't doing that.

They have 38 games (a few more if they try in the Coppa), with a weeks rest between most games.

Aside from injury and suspension, I see no reason for Juve to not field pretty much the same team all season.

In addition, keeping all these names on the bench and giving them 10 minutes playing time MAXIMUM, can potentially create bad atmosphare in the dressing-room.
I don't want to sound pessimist, i'm just skeptical about the rest of the season.

It should also give them the hunger to try their very best when they get the chance due to suspension or injury.
