Your point is invalid. Right now we concede like crazy, because we dont have Chiellini, not because we have 3 CBs, we had 3 CBs, up until now.
When you have CBs and one of them is Bonucci for ex, when/if he makes a mistake, you are 50% likely to concede. With 2 more experienced defenders around him, we have better chances and if the 2 wingbacks help the defence, the defensive front numbers 5 players rather than 4.
So this helps us and as i have already pointed the lack of tools we are having, particularly a LB than can defend properly. I have also pointed out and agree with the fact that we are forced to compromise if we play with players out of position, but unfortunately this is a reality we have to live with, not because of Conte's choices, but because of Marottas inability to gives us the right tools.
He has been searching for a LB since he joined us and the best he could do is Zeglier, Grosso and Peluso...
Conte should not be blamed that Marotta can bring a proper LB starter and stack ups CMs, on the contrary, he must be commended for using Asamoah that efficiently there, despite him not being made for that. It is a handicap Conte must face because of Marottas inefficiences.

This doesn't work like this. We concede a lot because we have no replacement for Chiellini and keep playing players out of position (Caceres, Peluso). I don't see any good reason to play with 3 at the back as it doesn't work right now. We have 3 cb that are the best in Italy and in Europe, we don't need to play with 3 at the back while one (or two) of them is not available.
We're not compact anymore as it stands right now and I'm calling for a change. You'd probably prefer to play 3 at the back even with Marrone against Messi than trying something else just because "it worked for us last season".

Peluso is not a bad player. He's better than De Ceglie. You have to give him a chance to learn to play LCB in a 3 man. He's fine in the other spots already.
He's just a professional backup who will integrate well with the team, know his role and not complain. It's a whatever signing. It's not particularly bad or good. Attacking him or Conte because he's not Nesta is what this board is all about though. There's no balance or rationality. IMO, he's a fine player who deserves a chance.
As for Anelka, I don't think anyone really *wanted* him. He's just here because of circumstance, the same reason Bendtner was here. He's a backup to the backups. If he shows something in training then he plays, if he doesn't he sits. Anelka used to be able to bang in goals once upon a time. If we are playing a shit team and need someone in the last minutes and Anelka is showing something in practice then he plays. We don't need him to turn into Henry, creating all kinds of danger from outside the box. Just put the ball in.
There's no risk with Anelka. It's another *whatever* signing. Not every move we make can be a Pogba free transfer.

Never mind, I'll answer the Peluso question. Seems pretty clear he was signed as cover for Chiellini, they are similar style defenders, play the same positions. De Ceglie doesn't play DLC in the back three. He's also a worse defender than Peluso.

i agree, this is why we concede more. and the definate solution is to buy one more CB than can step up for him when needed.
But unfortunately Marotta cant sign one and Conte is forced to compromise.
The reason Conte was forced to switch into the 3-5-2 in the first place, is because Marotta couldnt sign a LB and a LM, while we had an excess of great CMs that would be wasted in a 4-4-2.
We also lacked a CF in order to play a 4-3-3.
Marotta has failed again and again for 3 years to bring a Juventus level, LB, LB and CF. Conte has to adapt, he did so marveously!
We agree about being in a compromised situation, where we disagree is that we dont have a choice...
