I think his sub last game was poor.

Motta should have come on 10 mins earlier and not for De Rossi .

Bringing Immobile adds nothing though I have to say Immobile did quite well.

With Conte you can be sure that he is not gentle as Prandelli was with his team, so Italy won't follow its own path on WC 14
:agree:

No way Italy will approach the game against Sweden with a poor attitude. Going to be interesting to see how he handles and manages the team in the KO stage though.

Unbelievable passion and intensity
brings up good memories of him, i always loved when he lost his mind during matches. then i remember those games against bayern and conte's puzzled, resigned body language, and i'm glad we have max.

let's hope conte learned from his mistakes he made at juve.

I remember some coach smoke in the middle of the match, some grope their crotch, but never before a coach celebrate a goal to the point of nose bleed

Forza Mr. Conte!!!

Funny how people bring up losing to the historic triple-winner Bayern (Arguably, one of the best Bayerns of all time) as a failure of Conte! As if Allegri, with that team at hand, would've done better.

If you want to mention a Conte failure, then bring up the Galatasary game that was played in a potato farm.

Of Benfica or draws against Danish teams. Failing to create a single chance against a team with a man down for half an hour, was disgraceful.

As for Bayern, it wasn't a defeat itself that was an issue. We can all agree that Bayern was a level above, but how we lost, never looked capable of endangering their goal. The entire game we looked well out of depth and passing the ball back to BBC and Buffon. One of the worst games I've witnessed. Humiliating.

In that stupid logic, so was Allegri ending up 2nd in the group to Man Shitty, drawing with Borussia Mochengladbach at home, losing to Sevilla and squandering a clear advantage over Bayern.

THAT Bayern were several levels above THAT Juve.

And Humiliating? Please.
