Conte's gonna Conte

- - - Updated - - -

You wouldnt think he left juventus because...?

It's clearly not about his money, he could have signed a 10 year contract with Juve and been guaranteed pay, not a 2 possibly 4 year deal with the national team followed by an unpaid hiatus whilst he waits for a vacancy that interests him.

so i saw on VS deep in a thread that Chirico had reported that during the Conte interview when he was asked about the national team post Conte became angry and demanded the interview to be stopped. video editing patched it back together after things simmered down. check from that moment in the video the sudden cut..watch from 1:38

He has a tough job ahead of him but I think he is the best guy for the job. He can get a group of one or two stars and a bunch of hard working mediocres to over perform. Ancelloti is obviously the better coach but I think he only works well with star studded teams. I've never seen him coach a crappy squad.

Coaching NT requires less strain than an average football club; we're talking about 1-2 games per month and imho that job is more appropriate for older managers. He wasn't tired, of course. That's a bs excuse. Conte and mgmt didn't get along for some time. My only grudge against him was the time of his departure, should have left earlier if he was unsatsified.

On the other hand part of me is happy that he'll be coaching Azzurri and hope he does well, although current generation of Italian players is rather mediocre. Well known Roman journalist Mario Sconcerti from CdS wrote the other day that Conte is too much of Juventino for the NT job. Suck it Riomerda and Nipples dickriders.

It will be even more easier to dislike azzurri. Cool, hope he crashes and burns in this job and goes back coaching bari or whatever and then gets disqualified again for some sort of shady stuff.

lol, the hurt is strong here.

i cant be bothered about Conte's career from this point as i never saw much in him tactically to warrant my adoration...some her still enjoy riding his penis into the sunset
