On 18 may under the Juve hotel , demonstration for Conte sponsored by Bianconeri of Italy.Enough is enough, it's time to hear the voice, the voice of the heart of supporters.Juventus. As A result of this theatre that is involving our coach Antonio Conte is good to be clear and say things as they are: the black-and-whites of Italy reaffirms its full support to the technician who suffered Juve where he competes, winning three consecutive league titles despite the general distrust, creating a sense of belonging and a juventinità that after the events of summer 2006 and two seventh consecutive places were totally lost. The project Conte should continue. We cannot accept a solution other than this because Conte Juve comes before anything else, sportingly speaking, and that his time is evidently only by weak corporate posturing aimed at consolidating a growth project that must not only be in the words. We want the facts, namely the commitment of investing on Juventus in proportion to the growth achieved and objectives required technical staff. It takes common sense and consistency. We want the facts. For this reason it is unacceptable that the Conte may end up project here. The project must go ahead and to support it with a loud voice, let's meet at all next Sunday, May 18, 2014, at 10.00 at the Air Palace Hotel in Leinì, site of the team's withdrawal. To hear the voice of all to society and to hear all our support to Antonio Conte.Until the very end.Fabio GallardoJuventus of Italy President

Love Conte, but he's being hypocrite about this situation, he admitted several times that this Club can't sign players for +30mil, and we aren't financially competitif, but he's threatning to leave if the Club doesn't meet his demands, he has one of the best squads in Europe, can't get through the first round and humilated at home against benefica, whatever way he tries to pin it, it was on him. He needs to see ATM, Dortmund and other examples and how coaches are flexible and creative with the player he got, he moaned all years that he can't play the 4-3-3 because he doesn't have wingers, but he tried Marchisio there against Madrid and we played one of our best games this season, and yet he didn't try it again, the failure in europe this season was definetely on him, he should shut up, take the blame and try to imrpove not moan every day to the press... If he think that he can't take this team any far, i'll be glad if ge leaves, because altough Conte is in the right path to be a freat coach, i believe to that we have a very strong team with a couple of additions this summer, we'll be even stronger and a decent coach could replicate our achievement this season ( Serie A, SUpercoppa ) .

Thing is Exor don't want to be our sugga' daddies, they want us to function on our own, as we should be. We are first a bussiness, each business should operate with a gain not a loss, and we're yet to break even nevertheless be positive on the balance sheets. They could give us a loan, but that loan is yet another obligation, and we have enough of those. We need to earn more than we spend, them you can expect expensive signings. We're on the way there, to be a healthy bussiness, but that's a slow process when it comes to such a huge company. In 10 years, when all clubs in debt get screwed over by the economy machine, you'll be thankful.

It's all Economics, and that comes first, you need to understand that.

this is the impression im begining to have to be honest, it's all most as if he wants to pin the Euro failure on the board. I personally think he's realised he's took us as far as he can go. He won't have a better Serie A season than this, and he can't see us doing well in Europe.

edit

BTW I'm not expecting us to win the CL with the squad we have, but if he thinks our squad enough isn't good enough to get more than one win in the CL then he is extremely deluded.

If you operate a football business at a profit, you end up running Sampdoria which plowed into Serie B once they cashed out on Cassano, Pazzini, etc. The best you can target is break-even.

if Agnelli lets Conte leave he's a #%$@ IDIOT!

What happened to all the talk ... "Oh, when we have our own stadium we will be able to compete with the big boys of Europe bs he was spewing out a few years ago????? What happened to getting a name on the stadium to bring in more revenue from a major sponsor?

Yeah there's no scenario where we buy great players, don't sell key assets and make a healthy profit.
Bayern Munich is good example of profitable football business.
It's break-even at best. Because if you hold back to offer profits to the shareholders, your competition won't do the same and will beat your pants off on the field. Financial Fair Play exists for a reason.

it's reasonable to assume that Bayern get money from their patrons through commercial revenues, they even gave ownership to their sponsors Adidas, Audi and Allianz to incentivise them for more sponsorship money. they are very secretive about the details of those commerical contracts.
Bayern commercial revenue €237m, Juve's commercial revenue €68m, according to Deloitte. They also have a much bigger stadium.

Bayern are making good results mainly because of Germany's economy as a whole, imagine Real or Man UTD in country with such strong economy and purchasing power, B.Munich would look like Wolfsburg compare to them. I think Juve could also have the same if not better results as Bayern

"The future of Antonio Conte is yet to be deciphered, but his future might still be in Torino. Positive signs show that Antonio Conte could still sit on the bench for Juventus. At this time in Turin there's caution but also optimism for the permanence of Antonio Conte as coach of Juventus for next season. It's a sign that things are being worked out. The coach of three-time champion Italy should remain, and fans are hoping."
