TBH, actually they played really wide against Madrid. A post-match tactical analysis showed that sometimes, in the defensive phase, it was a 4-5-1 with Marchisio and Tevez on the flanks, and even on the attacking one they were wide enough to be a classic 4-3-3.
However, the most interesting part of this pre-match conference is when he said that he would have played 4-3-3 tonight if Licht or Caceres were fit. I honestly hope, and I think is very probable, that in a near future 4-3-3 will return our main tactic, with 3-5-2 being the alternative one, in some specific matches, as it was in 11/12.
