Its based around a very rigid formation that is mostly starting to game to not concede any and try to create against the opponent from that standpoint.

Conte adjusts during the game, but notes where the weak points lie.

For the second half, he'll fire up the players and presses the weak spots.

Basically, the first half is considered a studyround

So that's why we've sucked donkey balls for the 1st half of all our games recently... we're studying.

Don't bother. It's like talking to a wall; in fact a wall can be more useful, as you can use it to bounce balls off and shit.

I also like how he constantly dismisses flair and fancy, yet most of the teams that have actually succeeded in recent times have been playing direct, fast, and attractive football, whether it be Bayern, Dortmund, Madrid, or Barcelona (incidentally, least year's CL semi finalists).

Edit: Miss World is fucking hot. What a sexy Filipina.

Same for the 3-5-1-1.

Let's make it happen!

First of all, that's not what I was saying. My point is very simple: the way we are conceding goals has absolutely nothing to do with the formation we adopt. And if we did not concede these goals in the first place, it's an entirely different situation.

As for our current "lethargic" playing style. This is a criticism I have been hearing on & off for more than a year now, ever since 3-5-2 became our standard formation.
Yes, we're currently going through a rough period. Just like we have had similar periods last season as well. You should remember that.

No one here is disputing that we can & should do better. But to think that all it takes is a simple change of formation, quite frankly, shows a basic lack of understanding of the game. (Not targeting anyone in particular here, it's the feeling I get when reading a lot of posts in this thread.)
352 vs 433

Which one? Why? And why not the one you didnt choose?

Ready.
Set.
Go.

Just realised I wrote WhoreScored
We have also suffered all 5 of our losses from the past 3 seasons using the 3-5-2.
@Hustini
Well that settles it for me.

bros dont'make fun of a legit tactic.

when the allied forces got crushed by nazi germany early on and lost billions in infrastucture and millions of lives.... it was because they were studying the nazis.

If Licht is out for some time and Isla is not cutting it. IS Caceres fit?

If so.

433 is a must with no real WB and Pepe is still out of action. 433 makes the most sense with who we have available now. :tuttosport:
