Although both are stand-ins, and presumably would just carry out a bunch of scenarios that Conte had already planned out. I still think there is a difference between Alessio and Carrera on the bench. May be its the half time pep talk, may be its the body language that gives the squad a different feel. Or may be they actually have some decisions of their own to make. I still do not like Alessio.

Whats even more clear is that the extra Oomph, on the touchline is not there. We need Conte back!
