Not sure if anyone is interested in how Alessio's time with Kilmarnock went but as a Killie fan I'm disappointed to see him go.

He took over after our most successful manager of recent times, and a squad that had lost a lot of its best players from a season where we finished third.

He made us very hard to beat but we lacked creativity and it seems he couldn't get his ideas across to the players.

I'd be inclined to think that's more a failing of the Scottish/British mentality than Alessio because most of the complaints seem to be that he spent too much time on tactics and not enough on fitness.
