He contributed so much more to the club than his game. Brought with him a winning/champions mentality that permeated through the rest of the players like Marchisio, Chiellini, Bonucci et al. Who had no idea of what being a winner was about.

i didn't like him during his last couple of years with milan. he was slow, predictable and boring. i wasn't happy when he came to juventus, but he won me over after the 1st game against parma. he was our best player until tevez arrived. he only became a defensive liability during our last cl campaign, so it's time to move for him, but still, what a legend, what a humble person! everybody's gotta adore pirlo.

Most of his goals were so decisive for the matches he played. Well deserved to be a Juve Legend a true great, given the amount of seasons he had here, shows the input he had in such a small amount of time.

I wouldn't be surprised if it happened. They signed Lampard last summer and he still hasn't played a game for NYCFC, spent the season on loan at City.
