Pirlo at New York derby
By Football Italia staff

Andrea Pirlo all but confirmed his imminent move to New York City FC, as he was pitchside for their MLS derby with Red Bulls.

The Juventus midfielder is widely expected to sign for the Major League Soccer club next week, when his contract with the Bianconeri expires.

Italy hero Pirlo was at Yankee Stadium for tonight’s big derby between New York City FC and New York Red Bulls.

He waited pitchside for the NYCFC players to come off the field after the warm-up and saluted them, giving David Villa a hug.

Frank Lampard was also present for the match, as today NYCFC confirmed he’ll make his debut on July 12 against Sebastian Giovinco’s Toronto FC.

Legend and will always be Juve's most important player, though if he opted to join NYFC or any other MLS Club I would understand that he wants to end his career at Juve with an outstanding record.

Italy on the whole, yes. Torino, no. Also, you missed the part where I said she was Spanish descent/ wanted to return to her homeland etc? Too bad this happened 15 years ago so can't source too many of those Moggi interviews, however, have shared a Reuters article from back then on the previous page.
You are close to the sea everywhere in Italy. It's a 1-2 hour drive at the most.
