The only way Pirlo will be benched is if he puts his hand up to be. Marchisio obviously is the better choice right now. He is in the team to give us creativity but the reality is he doesn't do that. The sad thing is that he'll probably score a free kick against Dortmund and do nothing else and play poorly for another handful of games but because he scored that free kick is guaranteed a spot.
