We want to follow the step of Real Madrid as big club, but we actually doing exactly opposite of them
- We made a smaller stadium. We need to do the thorough research, fanbase and population, transportation so we can build at least 80k spectator modern stadium. That will bring at least more or the same revenue from each matchday compare to the other big clubs around Europe. But this is to late
- Madrid if they already sold their top players, they search for a new better talents to fill their squad. We sell Bonucci just to bought him back, now Pjanic we want him back ?. It's just like we don't have a scouting team whatsoever
- Financially Madrid don't to strict on value from their books, if they need to lower the salary they okay to let go like Sergio Ramos, Varane, so they can rebuild lower wages, same quality, more room to growth , that is the most important thing. But if they can get something out of it, they will try to get as much as possible
- They sell CR7 because they think Hazard is the right replacement, even if they are wrong in the and, but the analysis before Hazard came ,he actually really great with Chelsea. And they vision him still have more room to growth because of his age. The result is another matters, because we don't know the future. Some players can just go fall from the stair of their plane and get bad injury, shit happen who knows
- Madrid never bought player over 30 years with 100m+, they bought low selling high at their end 30 or 30-33, or buying high selling high. We buying high selling low, exactly like a moron investor in cryptocurrency (Higuain, CR7). We need more Pogba transfer, and once we sell him we need like Zidane > Buffon, Thuram,Nedved transfer (all of 3 lower wages, improve quality in 3 diff department, bigger room to growth)
Our latest transfer where we doing right is when we try to get the best player, that young, still can improve, relatively low wages than prime players on same position
- De Ligt > will give us transfer money when we think he need to go and he does want to go
- Chiesa > maybe we will keep him as he has strong bonding and currently our best option in attack
- Kulusevsky > has talents, but still need to improve his gameplaying to become more efficient and lethal
- Locatelli >Our top buying in midfielder since years
- Moise Kean > he should not go at the first place, but whatever, he get playing time in PSG and prove he can score goals even tough it in farmers league and he surround by top players that can give easy assists
- Kaio Jorge > exciting talent from Brazil in low price, it is really great we take him now instead of January, so he can get more time with the first squad
Lost opportunity >
- Romero > However this looks like lost opportunity, I am not sure we can groom him to be 55m+ player (max 30-40m in my opinion with 20-25 games if we keep him and that assume he play great with us)
- Donnaruma > clearly we lost the opportunity on one of the best young GK
- We are so thin in Left winger but we dont go for Depay or Calhanoglu on free transfer, both have pretty good goals and assists record in recent years. And to be honest their salary is not that big either
Bright side :
- We start to focusing in buying young players which is good, and we need to improved this with young players that really have bright potential. And we need to improve our dealing process, if we really need it, go for route one as long as the numbers is within the parameter. Don't do to much dwelling
- We start to give a reasonable salary, which is a great improvement to lower the envy in dressing room, thus will make players want a bigger salary. With this approach we can keep our budget tight and available when great opportunity for top young talents available
