Apparently, if we do have a season this year, we are going to go after Steve Tulloch in free agency. He seems like a good addition, but I thought we weren't going to move Levy outside?

Can Tulloch play outside?
No. He's a pure Middle Linebacker.

He'd get eaten alive at OLB. Too short and squat to be effective at that position.

He would be a killer MLB for the Lions, though, with Suh and Fairley clogging up the middle

That would mean Levy plays second fiddle to Tulloch unless we switch to a 3-4. But we have too much talent up front to do that.

We definitely need another strong LB though along with a CB. If we get two good players for those positions I'm going to be very happy.

Not a bad choice, but not a CB who is a game changer, or someone who can shut down half of the field.

But still, a good CB.
Is he the best one available after Asomugha?

Would he rather stay in the Bay Area or play for a Super Bowl contender like Green Bay?

What do you guys think about the probable Vick-Burress partnership? Quite literally the most dangerous one in all of NFL.
They don't need him.

They need players on the other side of the ball to stop people like Burress.

Oh, and Aaron Rodgers/Greg Jennings say hello.

It's not even fucking close
