Amauri to choose Italy?
Tuesday 16 December, 2008

There are suggestions that Juventus striker Amauri will choose to represent Italy and will make his Azzurri debut against his native Brazil.

From January 1, Amauri is expected to become an Italian citizen thanks to his marriage to wife Cynthia.

The ex-Palermo marksman still hasn't committed his international future to his birth country Brazil and could opt to play for Italy instead.

According to Tuttosport, Italy Coach Marcello Lippi is ready to call Amauri for his squad, ironically, to face Brazil in a friendly in London at the Emirates Stadium on February 10.

However, there are also rumours that Brazil boss Carlos Dunga will try and pick Amauri for his squad for the match.

As yet, Amauri hasn't given any indication of where his heart lies, but he has hinted that he will play for whichever country calls him first.

Amauri is amongst Serie A's top scorers this term with 10 goals to his name.

I think you looked mostly at Camoranesi when you drew your judgement.
He influenced, yes.

I don't like hoodies or body warmers. That covers Camo, Buffon, Amauri, Legro.

Marchisio's trousers don't match the boots.

Ranieri looks smart, though.
