... Do you reckon he's improved at all since he was last at Juve? ....
absolutely. he's stronger, more mature, works harder, doesn't hit the ground after every contact, and his awareness of his team mates improved too. and he scores consistently. i didn't look it up, but i guess it's the first time he scored for 3 consecutive matches for us.

let's hope he keeps it up, with danilo, he's the undisputed surprise so far :xfingers:

Worried how he'll do when the dynamic changes with CR on his left, but with CR out he's chosen the perfect moment to be on form
Alongside the clutch goals he was always a pretty good assist man for us in the past. I mean, he didn’t get much of a chance to play alongside CR7 in Madrid’s starting XI, given that Benzema was still a perfect partner for CR7 so it’s hard to say what the dynamic will be like, but seeing as he has that assist/creative side to his game, he could do pretty well with CR7, especially if we have other chance creators on the pitch like Ramsey and Kulu. I wonder more if it will be possible to fit all three of Dybala, Ronaldo, and Morata on the pitch together, which seems unlikely, so lots of rotation probably for both Morata and Dybala, dependent on form. We shall see how Paulo reacts to that.
