That shit was like 5 years ago since than he flopped at 3 clubs has sulked and chocked constantly in the CL and other matches that ive seen. The idea that he's is just magically just going to turn into what he was years ago before he left is bit silly.

His best years were here. He will do good under Pirlo. Theres something in the Juve enviroment that suits him.

You talk about his pressing, but forget his main asset which is teamplay, speed and clutchness in the CL, all those aspects we miss with our previous 9s.

I wopuld have loved Dseko here too, as he also is a player who would have suited our gameplay, but i dont mind bringing a yunger 9 with great possibilities of doing good for more years than Dzeko. And if Mark is spot on, if we have more options on loaning him, the deal could potentially turn being really good.

Typically I'd say it's a terrible idea to bring someone like that back but I'm too excited about this new team that I don't care. Just like Hustini said at this point just get anyone.

I don’t expect to be more than a solid rotation piece. A cheap-ish stopgap until we have to come up with big bucks to shell out for a CR7 replacement in 1-2 years. And if we end up able to extend his loan another year, fantastic.

And the possible upside of him returning to his clutch level performances for us is just a bonus. It’s a good transfer, fills a position of need but doesn’t give us another giant quandary in figuring out how to field CR7, Dybala, plus a starter CF all at the same time.

He just needed a return home and the influence of Buffon and Chiellini and Pirlo again.

We have to play a certain way to get the most out of Morata. IMO he'll continue to be better in the CL just because of the nature of the game, where Juve will face deeper opponents in Serie A but CL has more open field and countering opportunities. He gets frustrated and doesn't always react well when things get him down.

I'm fairly content with the signing but he's certainly not my first choice. We need to keep our pressing good and the play fast and furious for him to excel. I'm interested to see how he does with Ronaldo...
