I guess we knew it was coming but damn what a shame to lose such a player and juventino

good luck in your future endeavors. If you fail in the premier league, Juve will still be here to buy at a discount price.

Good luck to Morata, wherever he ends up. Hopefully he won't rot on the Madrid bench, that would be a shame.
I appreciate the efforts he gave to honour the shirt, will be interesting to see if he can continue his growth elsewhere.

Also excited as hell to see how the management will close the gap in attack. Will we get a guy that can play as an AM and who are able to rotate with Dybala, or are we after a pure forward with the skillset to partnet both Dybala and Mandzukic whenever needed. In the end i'm confident our management will solve the puzzle in a decent manner.

So you don't understand math?

We got paid 10 million to have him here for 2 years.

20 million expenditure in 2014 - 30 million revenue in 2016.

It's actually us getting paid to have Morata here on loan for 2 years.

Expensive loan.
I meant expensive loan for Real. But at the end of the day, they still get their player back, who is probably more developed than before. I hate losing players and acting like a feeder club to Bayern and Real, it gets old.

My mistake then. Sorry.

I'd prefer not to do this sort of deal as well. But in this situation, we didn't have a lot to spend that summer, so we did what we had to it seems. And it's not so bad if we turn around and buy another excellent forward with the 30 mil we gained from it + maybe another 10 or so mil. That's what we spent on Dybala.

I think we were in a situation where that was the kind of deal we could afford, if we wanted a top class young player. Now, as seen with Pjanic and DYbala we are starting to be able to play a higher premium, and hopefully that continues. We shall see how the rest of this summer plays out.
