Let's be honest, neither Morata or Dzeko is going to be a difference maker here long-term. Just take whichever is the most suitable option at the moment. Bonus points if you fuck over ADL and Roma.

Or he’s good enough that a 9 million dollar dry loan is a great short term deal while we save to buy our next CF in 1-2 years for the post-Ronaldo era, but not good enough to pay the option. I doubt we'll get any star players to be honest. I still think we'll mainly focus on young talents but not those that are the best in the world, especially when it comes to strikers. I think we'll chase 27-29yo in their prime, or world class or ex world class players but who are 31+

Both Haaland and Mbappe are players for Real, Barca and others imo. Or even EPL oil clubs.
