City fans' jaws dropped behind the goal. Bony blasted it to row Z from similar angle in first half, pretty much an identical situation. Should close the case for the undeserved win talk from their side.

so clutch, love it
What do you think of him overall?

I obviously didn't see Paolo Rossi play aside from recorded matches, but he reminds me of him in terms immensely clutch, and will score great goals for us, but I don't really see him ever becoming that consistent 30 goal/season type of player. 20 for sure, and a lot of clutch CL goals, and goals in big matches, but he just doesn't seem like a prolific league play scorer against smaller teams.
@CrimsonianKing

What do you think too? You have a little thing for Rossi after the way he screwed over Brazil in 82. :D

What about playing him as a slightly wide 9, beside a false 9 in Dybala, which would still allow Cuadrado to play as a RWF.

It'd be a slightly uneven formation, but you'd have a pacy wide threat in Cuadrado on the right side, and then the side with Alex Sandro/Evra who are both decent going forward and defensively, and is also the side Pogba seems to favour, you could do without the width of an attacking winger and instead have Morata drifting in and out of the centre and to the left which he already does as CF anyways. It would be a very dangerous attack in terms of pace and counterattacking.

i personally like him as a CF, i like his runs, but it would mean pogba getting further up the pitch more often imo and no spot for cuadrado unless we go 4-4-2

Proved he can play LW.

Has all the characteristics - he's fast, explosive and has dribbling skills.

Still, he needs some time to adapt and be a force there.

$#@! game , but great goal,this is wat great players do , right ?? @Hist do you still think Icardi is better :D
yes. Both have amazing potential and might end up being equals or one better than the other but as of now Icardi is much more proven in my eyes and is on average the better performer.

Except Morata performs on the biggest stage of all, with 6 goals in his last 8 CL matches, including 5 knockout goals. Plus 2 assists.

Morata >Icardi right now. Until Icardi proves he can perform on the big stage in Champion's League, he's below Morata. Icardi does less too, doesn't have the workrate, the versatility, the defensive contributions. Scoring against the minnows of Serie A isn't really all that exciting. Instead Icardi choked big time in the knockouts in Europa League scoring 0 goals.

So. Morata over Icardi when it matters. Icardi over Morata in the meaningless matches.

icardi has a better first touch in the area, he's a better poacher, and that's all. morata is faster, dribbles better, has a higher workrate, is more disciplined, more handsome, and won't fuck his teammates' wives. morata over icardi any day.
