Yup. Benzema is a different monster all together. They were at a close level for a while but Benzema has really matured since then into a new monster.
Indeed  I dont see him as a true top top attacker at times because he hides too much at times in games, and misses so many easy chances. But should be acknowledged the very ungrateful and really effective role player tasks he does with flying colours in Real. Its foolish to look at formations and see him being sole striker in the lineup, when in reality he rarely ever stays up top, his task is simply to drift way down and just find opportunities to play the lazy "strikers" on the wings who just stay high up waiting for spaces and balls to be delivered to them.

Morata this year = Higuain this year. Morata has both a better goal/minute and assist/minute in Serie A than Higuain. Compared to Higuain's best years, of course not. But this year, Morata = Higuain.

I really don't care about Europa. It's an irrelevant league. Higuain scoring against teams like Dnipro, Dinamo, Trabzonspor, Praha, Bratislava means absolutely nothing to me.

Higuain, as I showed, has far worse CL stats than Tevez when it matters. 20 knockout games, 2 goals. He sucks when the pressure is on. Absolutely appalling.

Tevez is on another level entirely from Higuain.
Check the stats above posted by Osman.

Also, If Europa is so easy then why is Tevez sucking at it?
Higuain's appearances apparently were mostly short few minutes. In terms of minutes he should have 13 goals in 33 games which is not bad at all and if Osman's stats are correct then its actually pretty good.

In either case Tevez sucks in Europe and Higuain probably does too but both are top players. So the argument that Morata scored a goal against Dortmund = Morata is as good as Higuain is retarded.

Any claim that Benzema is a shit player is also retarded.
Any claim that Morata is already at the same level of these players is retarded.

It still doesn't change the fact that Morata is performing at the same level as Higuain this year, specifically. His goals per attempt, goals per minutes, and assists per minute are all slightly better than Higuain's in Serie A. Above and beyond this, he contributes more defensively. Look at the number of defensive headers he wins on set pieces, which is quite impressive.

This year Morata is playing at Higuain's level of this year in Serie A... How you can argue this is beyond retarded.

Thats a different debate and I am happy do note how you have already conceded grounds that you were defending.

I would say Morata this year has been close to Higuain this year. Higuain has the edge for what he is doing in Europa and Higuain is maintaining the same ratio of goals per minute over a larger number of games. Here there is an argument to be made. Comparing it to Higuain's best years there was none.

And in terms of CL...

Tevez has only played 2540 minutes, with 10 goals.

Higuain has played 2966 minutes, with 13 goals.

Very similar.

But as I said. Higuain has 2 goals in 20 CL Knockout games, or 1127 minutes. As in a goal every 563.5 minutes. That's hilariously bad, possibly historically bad for a striker that has played that much in CL knockout.

I don't think I ever said that Morata is already as good as Higuain circa 2009. I always meant current Higuain. Regardless of that, it is true that Higuain has played a larger number of games, and has therefore shown the ability to maintain that scoring performance over a much larger sample size this year. That's definitely a point in his favour. There's really no way to know how Morata would do with more minutes and appearances. Allegri made sure of that by sticking with Llorente so stubbornly in hopes of breaking him out of his slump.

One thing that cannot be denied is that Morata's goals to minutes ratio over the last two years has been very good. Hopefully he now makes the most of his opportunity to prove that he can maintain that ratio while playing more frequently.

We are in agreement then.

Your disagreement is really with him @DelPiero84 not with me.

Good luck getting anywhere in that discussion :D
