Does Hong Kong always use the naming convention 'Hong Kong, China'? I am finding it so difficult to process it when the commentators insist on spelling it all out.
No it's Hong Kong to me and many who are anti chinese government. The commentators are just being PC basically. Their current shirts sold out quickly in HK because the new shirts will show HK China on it

Don't half of them play in Chile for Palestino?
I am unaware but I know one of them is (from the name). Their striker is a legit player (plays in Belgium). I think most of them are local players.

Even HK outscored them both, even beat China in a recent friendly :D

Those countries usually do well to get 0.

Honestly Vietnam put in a good shift against Iraq and the game doesn't really matter. I think it's good that Iraq quasi slipped this match to wake up from the highs they were getting after beating Japan.

Oof, Iraq scored in the last minute after a silly challenge in the box. Good to end with 9 points after a bad performance and also having the top scorer of the competition.

Bahrain showed strong defence and impressive counterattack.

You guys have the wood over Japan in this tournament. Great result.
Japan usually doesn't take Asian competitions serious, play their young players instead of the first team. but most likely they get through to the semi-final as the team that has the most championships in Asia.
