if you think Conte is hard headed then you dont know Sarri. He doesn't rotate players, change his system, alienates those who he doesnt trust, fails to integrate new signings and falls out with players. Very much the definiton of a one-dimensional coach.

So what's next for Conte? Chelsea seem desperate to sack him and Mancini has become CT. All elite clubs already have their coach lined-up.

As much as I like him, I'd also like a coach who's flexible. Conte always finds a reason to go back to the 352/343. He has become predictible.
