I'd invest the money in Aquilani to be honest. He'd bring quality and due to his age would be able to give us some continuity. Our other technical midfielders, Nedved and Camo basically, won't last that long anymore. I'm just a fan of this player though. :P

The ultra's phoned me last night, Aquilani is coming in a package deal with De Rossi.

So so fickle.. Aquilani was poor against Spain, granted, but he is still a great player with tremendous potential. I'd be very happy to sign him. Don't expect it to happen though.

At the moment the difference between Pizarro and Aquilani isnt that big, because as you point Pizarro has a certain maturity in his game that Aquilani hasnt' yet(which is also a big difference between De Rossi and Aquilani's game right...

Roma would prefer not selling him at all, which I beleive is also what will happen. I always considered Aquilani to be next in line, behind De Rossi and Totti as liftetime Roma players.
