Thats not what he said. He said that if he ever leaves Arsenal it would be for Barcelona, but he is happy at the moment in Arsenal.

I hope they play it against Algeria.

Tell me about it. I strongly doubt he'd leave this summer though. Not even one team in the EPL plays with a 3 man defense system. Most if not all players have probably never played that system in their lives.

If we don't sell Cesc, i think that would be impossible.

We've had our fair share of injuries throughout the season too. But 2-4 injuries at one time is something a team of our stature should be able to deal with, thats not what i was complaining about. What i was complaining about was the freak injury crisis at the end of the season. The list of...

Thats because of the unexpected freak injury crisis we got at the end of the season. I mean come on, even at our worst, we can't lose to teams like Blackburn and Wigan the way we did. Having 12 injuries to first team players would hurt any team.

Man City were fourth favorites ahead of Arsenal and behind Pool this season, so i won't be too reliant on the bookies ;)

    (1) That would be a terrible move, i'd rather keep the team as it is than sell Fabregas and bring in 3 other players. Unless one of the three players was Xavi, Iniesta or Essien then thats a different case :P (2) True. The stadium has its long term benefits no doubt. But we the current fans...

Wenger will have to work his magic in the transfer market then, because no way in hell would 30M get us the players we need. Man i dream of us spending 40-50M and bringing in Yaya Toure, Sebastian Frey, Hazard and a good centerback. That would get us back to challenging for titles. :claire:

We need to spend money on 3 quality players for the first team at the very least. I hope we get ourselves a proper midfielder and a goalkeeper, wouldn't say no to a centerback either.

With Tottenham in the CL i doubt they'd let him go to United or let him go anywhere for that matter. I guess better at the Spuds than at United.

Naturally :P Not looking forward to this better Modric you're talking about btw, he's already really good as he is. :disagree:

    [ENG] Premiership 2009/2010

That could be it. But then you have players like Kranjcar, even though he hasn't been at Tottenham for long, you see that he has the ability to shoot from outside the box. I'm not sure if he's scored any long range goals for Tottenham, but he has demonstrated the ability. Oh and how has it...

    [ENG] Premiership 2009/2010

Scoring long range goals in a (no offense) inferior league is not like scoring goals in a league where you have much less time and space to shoot. I could bring you a player that always scores long range shots in the Saudi league, does that mean he'd do the same in a league like the EPL? Of...
