Alexis Sánchez - Barcelona - ST

 Now just get Verratti and we'll be CL ready next season.

    Juventuz LIVE matches 2012/2013

Lazio don't know what to do against this midfield. A real WB like Marcelo and it'd be 4-0.

    Conte for the line-up.

    [ITA] Serie A 2012/2013

Style of play is a huge issue. Both Milan and Juventus looked impotent as soon as they had to chase the game. Even Gala and Arsenal looked better. Italy will most likely never reclaim the financial power it once had so there's no point looking back. If the only strategy is to pinch a goal...

    [ITA] Serie A 2012/2013

Yeah it was a big blow (especially for us) but there were other elements too. Entertainment value is a major part of why the other leagues went ahead, and with FIFA continually adjusting rules to punish the 'defensive/cynical' approach... I doubt Juve would've done anything special in Europe...

    [ITA] Serie A 2012/2013

http://www.football-italia.net/33104/prandelli-ideas-can-defeat-money CP says the intensity of SA isn't at European level. That's obvious but not sure what they can do. Either way, I don't think Calciopoli made a huge difference overall. FIGC has to do something though. Maybe get Refs to give...

Alexis Sánchez - Barcelona - ST

Is this deal done or not? Because if he starts performing, it'll quickly get out of our range. If he wants Juve, he should be advised to p*ss Messi off.

    [ITA] Serie A 2012/2013

Shame Fiorentina won't (be allowed to) overtake Milan. Oh and once again, only solution to the EL problem is for FIGC to award league points for Europa victories... because teams don't and never will care.

Wishlist and General Juve mercato talk (2013-14)

Napoli was set up as a 3-4-3 with Hamsik doing a better job following in the strikers, and obviously Lavezzi and Cavani a class above in front. Our 3-5-2 wouldn't be so bad in Europe if one of the CB's was like Pique with the ball, or attacked the space more. Someone like Sanchez up front...

    Antonio Conte

Conte is still caught in the transition period of Serie A. IMO, it's clear we have to become more like the Spanish league, more technical, more creativity... but the power game still works in the league. Problem is we'll never match the athleticism of Germany/England so it breaks down in CL...

Verratti is a must buy. 20 yo and practically world class already. Can also play higher up the pitch like Iniesta or Modric.

"I hear you're unsure about a formation." Answer: Get Isco and Diamanti. Play 4 midfielders.

Wishlist and General Juve mercato talk (2013-14)

Not sure why he was subbed (Verratti). Watching bits and pieces... he played well and they were desperate for a goal... then Beckham comes on. Looked like it was in Beckham's contract to play a part in every CL game or something.

Wishlist and General Juve mercato talk (2013-14)

Only Barca and Dutch (total football) tend to produce good 3 man mids. For some reason, it never links up well for Italian teams. JoJo/Mirko------Lorrente -----Giacc/Isco----- Vidal/Asa-------Verratti/Marchisio ----Pogba/Pirlo--------

Forget this 4-3-3. Italian teams can't do it. 4-3-1-2 is more natural.
