Sanchez used to be good at making those off-the-shoulder bursts behind defenses. We've got some pretty good passers that could make use of this. He offers something we don't have where as Jovetic is just a good upgrade on Vucinic/Gio. It's probably more reasonable to go for Sanchez.

Well if we don't get the big name, I think Conte's priority will be to get a creative wing/forward type like Menez, Walcott, Diamanti or whoever.

What would Dia's price be though? For 10-12m, it's a pretty good addition considering we don't have anyone that's a creative AM/WingForward (except Giac). As for playing time, he probably would've had all of Giovincos/Giacs/Isla's minutes combined.

Diamanti would allow us to play with a treq on occasion. Sure he's no David Silva but he'd give Conte more tactical variety.

True. The only way of him fitting in here would be to first f*k up with Milan (his dream club). If he came before going to Milan, he would never take it seriously.

It's more like Chiello's coverage and burst speed which makes him excel as that 3rd CB. He can go into LB mode whenever the team needs and he's quick enough to trackback aswell. Not many CB's would be capable of that.

That 6 month ban had to of messed him up. Every televised game made it look like he was a cheat for matchfixing. No doubt he'll get back in control soon enough.

Well we do have the National team's LWB from the Euros. Can't be any worse than the others.

How to solve this problem?

We do lack an upgraded AM though. Giac and Pepe don't really add much when we're trying all out attack.
