What a wonder, he can do that too sometimes, being all the time at our half or close to the corner flag.
I don't care that he doesn't move forward as long as he keeps his stuff together in defense. It's clear we need a new RB but he's a good back up, very professional, I like that.

Hasn't it occured to people that Zac may have ordered him to pretty much stay back at all times? It's not the first time this has happened lately & it's certainly not a coincidence either.

It's not like he's doing wonders in defense. He had some job yesterday but most of the time he's horrible in defense. Yesterday he also missed whole ball but the guy from Ajax didn't expect it luckily. It was always somebody in front of him, in the end even Camo played there.

If we were in the final losing 1-0 in the 90', Buffon would be up front but Grygera would still be at the back.

Oh, but then I guess Zac, Ferrara and Ranieri liked his job done at the corner flag. And people at Ajax too.

Come on Dusan.

Grygera did go forward under Ranieri & Ferrara.
We can all agree that he isn't any good at that, but at least he tried. Which at times was enough since that gave some options for our midfield. Lately Grygera has just been staying back. Massive difference in his play.

Oh sure, he did go up front. He had 2 runs at most with all those coaches. Every time I saw Diego looking for somebody, the right side is empty like somebody has died. He went there once in a half time and he had a cross from further distance, he didn't even run all the way through, not even once.

I watched him closely and I will keep watching him. So far he's doing awful job at the back since I always see his opponent that he's supposed to mark at least 5 meters of him. Either Marchisio or Sissoko cover his position and now when Camo is back, even him is going to play there. Seriously, how can he even be called a fullback, wingback or whatever if he's always in defense. That's idiotic, and if it's a tactical choice then let's rather have 4 CBs. Even Chiellini has forward runs more often.
