Everybody Loves Raymond as a show is spectacular.Ray's character is pretty good too.Ive never heard his standup comedy so i cant comment on that. But as far as the show goes,he's brilliant.,

You never cease to amaze me. The show is patently mediocre and occasionally funny. The story barely changes from episode to episode, it's always the same crap with Ray's parents butting in. The only thing that keeps it alive at all is the characters which aren't too bad.

You put an awful lot of effort into proving that what you like is divine, and what you dont like is poor.Dont you?

Everything that you like does not have to be great, and everything that you dont like is not poor.Seriously Martin.Ever heard of the term 'different tastes'?

Has to be the least funny standup comedian I've ever heard.
Oooh no, dont say that....until you heard Carlos Mencia. BRUTAL.

And oh, havent seen his stand up. But Everybody loves raymond is pretty good and well done casual sitcom. Not a showstopper, the material is predictable, but how its made is pretty well. It tended to be more of a drama comedy then just sitcom.

You know what? Mencia is funnier. I mean at least he can be funny. Romano on the other hand, I expected that since he has his own show he must be decent, but he was absolutely awful.

Sorry, I don't mean to come off so judgmental. I just find your taste very curious.

    Ever watched Curb your enthusiasm?
