Yeah, which is what I said?

Keane can play both ways, he can drop off or he can play the the shoulder and make runs. He said he prefers to be an actual striker though.

to clear things up for you:

Mascherano and Xabi - 2 midfielders

In front of those 2 and behind Torres, Robbie Keane.

I'm assuming you're aware of Liverpool's 4-2-3-1 system?

Chiellini Calls For Alonso Signing

The Bianconeri’s transfer campaign has not impressed the majority of supporters, with Amauri, Christian Poulsen, Olof Mellberg, Dario Knezevic and Albin Ekdal failing to set pulses racing.

The club’s management have announced that it is unlikely that they will be buying anymore outfield players this summer, but Chiellini believes they should reconsider this plan, and has called for the arrival of Xabi Alonso, a player Juve were in negotiations with a few weeks ago.

“There are no doubts over Alonso,” Chiellini told Sky Sport Italia

“He is a great player who could help us. There could be others like him but I’m sure that the club will bring in another great champion to allow us to make the leap of class needed to fight Milan, Inter and Roma.”

Another player Juve were in talks to sign earlier this summer was Dejan Stankovic, and Chiellini would also welcome the Serb, despite his Inter connection that has put off many supporters.

“It’s only natural that Dejan, having played for Inter for so many years, wouldn’t be welcomed at first, but players like him know how to win over fans,” Chiellini explained.

“I don’t know what the club will decide to do, but I know that if Stankovic arrived he would undo all the ill feeling he built up with the Juve fans.”

When Tiago played with Lyon he was 10 times better than Alonso.
We signed him and he flopped...
Now u guyz want us to play 20 milion and take the same risk?
This kind of players are not for juve cuz juve don't play in the right formation for them.

Juve's squad is complete.
Every position has 2 players.

DP, Trez, Iaq and Amauri as strikers.
Neddy, Camo, Giovinco, Marchionni, Sali, Ekdal as attacking midfielders.
Sissoko, Poulsen, Marchisio, Zanneti as defending midfielders.

Zebina, Grygera as RB.
De Ceglie, Molinaro as LB.

Legro, Giorgio, Knezevic, Mellberg as CB's.

The only thing we need is maybe selling legro while the value is still high (he's old) and spend some good money on Zapata/Santacroce.
But that won't happen i guess :\

Hey man, number doesn't matter but the quality does. Every position except strikers has problems. And IMO, having Alonso or Dejan is just a mystery, we'd never know.

Well u must be blind or u didn't watch french league...
Lyon wasn't only Juninho & Malouda and benzema only started playing as a starter just this year.

Tiago was a great player and he is a great player, but not for juve.

just for the record, will some1 make a comparison between Tiago and Alonso?
He'll find them pretty much the same concernin' their abilities.

P.S

I find it very funny to read some comments here.
PPL here don't understand.
We are juventus, and juventus play their own gamr and this thing will never change.
Creative players must be very special to be a success in juventus.
We arn't Barca or Roma who play attractive football.
We play Hard , tactic, classic italian football.
therefore, we need players who can fit to this way of playing football.

Many of this forum opposed Sissoko arrival and he turned out to be just the right player.
Now, u bash poulsen cuz he's not creative.

juve will be just fine.
