The bit about the BG: The Bodyguard will have selected a target by nighttime of one person to protect from being whacked by the mafia (this target can also be themselves). If the bodyguard protects the person who the mafia targeted, the mafia will fail to whack somebody for that night and this fact will be announced in the thread (but not the identity of the bodyguard).

No they can't. Perhaps the BG thought the Gs would go to whack Osman, I don't know and I'm not saying it's what happened. I'm just speculating as to why the BG doesn't reveal his/her role.

If the BG did in fact protected Osman, the Jailer, then he/she's a fool, definitely. The jailer's role is not that important for us Cs since it's re-assignable.

You most certainly are a threat to them, yeah, but at this point, with the only exception of finding the recruited G, this game is not as tricky as it was before anymore.

Lol if its the case I was protected, then surely its good that the BG properly assessed who was getting whacked and stopped them? It doesnt matter if I am a normal civilian or jailer, thats top job either case, and its the entire purpose of the BG, to predict and act on that. Not just solely protect himself or the D, but generally neautralize the Gs secret killing power.

Its certainly easier, but dont count your chickens yet, we have a scared BG who refuses to say who he is when the Gs know prolly, and a detective thats on his own, not working with others. All because of the aspect of the recruiting gotting them scared so much, I know 100% sure I'm not recruited, and pretty damn sure Hoori isnt either, they should extend a certain hand of trust and just get on with working with others already. So we can get down to bussiness, which is going down the list one by one of the Cs and assess and suss out the recruited one (if they actually recruited). If you think things are so easy, tell me, who do you think has been recruited?

I don't think that the BG guessed you were going to be requested for the whack. If he/she did protect you, it must have been because you were the Jailer. And maybe because you're Osman too.

I said the main objective is to find the recruited G. I never said it is going to be easy, I said it's not as tricky as it was before.
