I've met many Bosnians and Croats, and I don't get that vibe from them. Just the Serbs :D They're like black women, always pissed for no reason :p
I hung out with about a few Bosnians from 2002-04. They were pretty happy all the time, unless someone messed with them. Then they straightened up and got really scary. I guess being from that region probably means you're automatically a hardened bad ass.

family guy make fun of jesus the whole time and you dont see catholics burning buildings and calling for the head of the creator.

But there is a difference. For Muslims drawings of any prophets or or of God is forbidden and seen as blasphemy. It's not the same in Christianity. It's not so much the "Making fun of" part that pissed Muslims off. It's the drawing part. The making fun off part was just adding salt to the wound. I've seen alot of comedians make fun of Islam, the prophet Mohammed and such. yet I don't hear of death threats to them. It's just really about the drawing.

and I'm sure Cartoons that make fun of Jesus like family guy and south park get thousands of hate mail and death threats.

Oh and this is n ot the first time this ourage has happened. I remember stories about some Muslims making drawings of religious figures a few years back. Caused a big controversy. So it's not just because a non Muslim did this.

edit: and we know by now that most prominent religous figures are either:

A) extremists
B) corrupted
C) both.

so ofcourse, why not fuel more hatred and propganda by denouncing and calling for violence?

Trust me, drawings with a dick in Jesus' mouth are just as blasphemous.

True. That is not pretty. but here it would be Christians' fault for not Protesting againt this*. If you are a faithful Christian then imo there is no way you should stand for making insulting a holy figure.. Fuck this freedom of speech bullshit card that the media plays. We know that censoring exists every where and that the media and entertainment only shows what fits with it''s agenda.

* note by protesting I mean peaceful protests and letters, and not death threats.

That makes no sense. If someone doesn't care if people ridicule his/her mother then should I adopt the same mentality? That makes zero sense.

What building did I burn down? Who's head did I call for? Who's head did Fred, Rami, Nawaf, Rebel, Juve_Kosova, Ahmed, Salman, or anyone else that's Muslim here? Not one single person.

It's funny seeing people champion this as a 'cause' for freedom of speech. What good do these drawings bring to the democratic world? How does this help bridge gaps between people? Where's the damn logic people..Where?

A top Palestinian offiical declared Wednesday that if the lack of progress in talks with Israel continues, then the Palestinian leadership should consider declaring a Kosova style Independence. Negotiater Yasser Abed Rabbo a senior Fatah member declared "Kosovo is no better than us and if Kosovo was able to declare independence and gain recognition from the United States, the European Union and many other important countries, then why can't we do the same?"

On Tuesday evening Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas met with Prime Minister Ehud Olmert as part of the ongoing routine meetings scheduled to move the talks forward. While Israel insisted that the future status of Jerusalem was not a topic raised in discussions, Palestinian officials insisted otherwise. Abed Rabo on Wednesday accused Israel of wasting time and declared that the talks were at a standstill.

In interviews with Reuters and the Voice of Palestine Radio, Abed Rabo called on Palestinian factions to cease rocket and shooting attacks as well as throwing rocks in order to facilitate a move towards declaring statehood.02/20/08
