5 times a week.

Chest-Triceps- Cardio
Back- Biceps- Crunches
Shoulders-Abs-Cardio
Legs-Crunches
Circuit Training for 2 hours

I'll ususally do soem pushups and situps at home. Make sure you get some protein in you after you work out. It helps your muscles recover a lot faster. Here in the States, the best whey protein on the market is called VP2.

yeah, my mom is always is yelling at me to have protein. believe it or not, violin is actually quite physical, and you need protein to keep your arms and fingers up to shape :D I probably move my fingers up and down a million or so times a day, and I move my right arm back and forth several thousand times a day. it is very tiring!

I work out about every other day. I do decline; incline; regular bench press, curls, triceps, biceps, abs, etc. Been doing it regularly for the past few months.

Thought I should try some protein, so I did some online research and found that 100% Whey was the best out there.

Can anyone who's tried protein tell me what I can expect? Also, I know the back of the box has its directions, but when is it best to use? And is creatine actually bad for you? I'm not planning on using it because people have told me very negative stuff about it.

Proteine is the constructive element of the muscles(you need 2-3g of proteins on 1kg body weight) Creatine use 3-5g before and after training, but not for long time(make cycles) cause it isnt the best for your kidney(and makes water retention). Sorry but I cant speak english well, so thats all I can tell you:)

Creatine is basically body waste. It's right there with drinking your own piss most probably. I can't see why it would hold any advantages.

..

I haven't 'worked out' in about 3 years (excluding football). Now that this thread has come back to life, I might try few push-ups now...:D

You summed up all the opinions I've gotten on creatine :D, and I think I'll stay away from it.
Tahir, don't even think of taking creatine or any sort of amino acids, I'm not going to explain, but trust me, the withdrawal consequences are dangerous.

Edit: Check this site if you want to know more about its side effects.

Watching sexy girls work out is incredibly hot.

Don't try it if you're not sexy though :D.
LOL! I basically rely on my high metabolism to keep me slim. It may run out in a few years who knows but for now I'm happy. Actually at the beach house we were staying at last weekend I did a lot of partying and dancing and lost too much weight. I am probably Elvin's version of sexy at the moment. :p

what a load of shit !!!

Ze, I use creatine on and off during the year, and it has NO... I repeat...NO SIDE EFFECTS !!!!

I think I pretty much do everything correctly with supplementation (creatine, vitamins, etc), diet (including whey protein), and workouts, and am healthier than most people out there
