I try to do a little workout every night before i sleep.
nothing major, just crunches, sit-ups, and the like so I don't get overweight.

I play indoor soccer once a week.

Every other day I eat Doritos and drink Coke before I go to sleep

Monday: Chest - Bicep - abdominals(1 hour cardio)
Tuesday : Back- Tricep (1 hour cardio)
Wednesday: 1 hour cardio abdominals
Thrusday: Shoulder - Legs (1 hour cardio)
Friday: 1 hour swim
Saturday: Chest - Bicep - abs (1 hour cardio)
Sunday: Back - Tricep ( 1 hour cardio)

I always switch though. Your body gets used to it and nothing comes out. If anyone has any questions about body building dont hesitate to ask .

I used to play football a lot until I realised that was such a waste of my saturday.

Now I just get excercise by walking to uni and running away from people who want to beat me up :D

haha!! I've just started running a couple miles a day. the ground sucks though. will be able to start swimming soon :)
what is the best workout for abdominal muscles?

Situp and crunch.
But you can do 5000 situps and get no abs. You have to lose all the fat around your stomach. To do that you have to swim alot!

never, its so fvcking boring.

Al though when I'm at home I run about an hour a day and play a lot of sports with my friends, but of course I don't consider any of this "working out".

Why do you do this? Are you hoping to represent Sweden at Weightlifting? :D I dont like those guys, they all look very...oddly shaped...
