i train 3 times week gym and have football on all rest of the days except sunday is my rest day usually, but its preseason here still so its mostly running! Creatine is not bad for u, but results vary from person to person, i dont feel the need for it but thats just personal opinion!

what a load of shit !!!

Ze, I use creatine on and off during the year, and it has NO... I repeat...NO SIDE EFFECTS !!!!

I think I pretty much do everything correctly with supplementation (creatine, vitamins, etc), diet (including whey protein), and workouts, and am healthier than most people out there
No one knows what the side effects of creatine are, because people haven't been taking it long enough. Suggestions have risen that it may cause cancer at a later age, but this isn't a hard fact at all. Still, creatine does shit. It doesn't help.

Considering that I'm in a football team. Training 5times a week apart from the matches we play, I'm obliged to keep up with the gym.

and that goes for ANY supplement out there, not just creatine

and, as with any other supplement, results will vary

Which is why I don't take any supplements. IMHO it's simply not necessary for non-professional athletes. And I'm sure most of us are non-professional.
