Thing is that it’s a well known fact the club changed management with the main goal of reducing the wages structure and making the club more self sustainable long term, everyone including the players know the club is not making nearly as much revenue as before.

This type of change usually starts by cutting off the highest earners, and even more so the ones that are overpaid and underperforming, with priority being those that have never been worth such wages even on their best days to begin with, and Tek falls directly in this category and he is well aware of it, therefore is clinging to the money and is comfortable just delaying us or probably even staying out on holiday for this last year if needed, which is why there’s nothing to feel sorry for in his case.

I get it, I agree on it, I agree that it’s the best for the club… but that’s not Tek’s fault, he did not force the contract that both parties agreed to signed even if that was the old management.

Once again… The team wants to sell him (agreed that is the best for the club), the team must find him a solution to the situation made by the club.

And just to be clear, I don’t “feel sorry” for his case, I just think he is on his right of not giving away money that his contract states.

And once again also I must say that I hope the team finds that solution, I respect Tek and what he has done for the club, if some other people now wants to see him as a mercenary, I’m sorry that’s the case, in my book he is not.

If I am the DS, I will give him Pinsoglio salary as his contract extension for another 5 years.
Then I will promote Pinsoglio as our GK coach even with a lower salary

If Tek refuse, then I will just click mutual termination, if he refuse I will just click release on free, if board block the move, I will click move to Juventus U18 and just forget him for a whole year until he just poof from the club

Problem fix(ed)

so juve has to pay his salary lump sum instead of over a year

then they lose the asset on free so it's a write off

guintoli so generous. club is in financial problems, but he is letting players leave on free.
