I wonder if we'll bid for him, our relations with Torino are good, Cerci himself admitted he'd want Champions League football, we could use Immobile as partial compensation and Roma seem set on Irtube.
Unfortunately, Roma would be getting the better player.

Could a move for Cerci be a way to get rid of Giovinco?
That would be a shame. We should try and sell Gio for cash.

All our 5 Cbs would walk into every other team in Serie A except for Roma.

Wingers are overrated as $#@!. To truly make up for the offensive limitations our Cms would face when playing in a formation with wingers, they'd need to be truly excellent, and we just do not have the money to get them. Menez would mean that we'd have a plan B, which we really need, but not that the 4-3-3 will replace the 3-5-2 as our primary formation.
So are you satisfied to be the best team in Italy only? We need good wingers, regardless of the price. Like how we manage to snare Pogba and Vidal. We almost had James Rodriguez at one point.
We all know how that went .

Cerci is nothing to be excited about but you very well know that the alternative is Biabiany :D
That is the scary part. But to be honest given the preformances of our players I feel like we are in the position to buy a big player. We are stacked in the defence and midfield deparrment. While the attacking line could change if for free we will sell gio, vucinic, and quagliarella. But if we do switch formations i dont think we need 5 strikers and can make due with 4.

Like everyone says I think this squad needs wingers or an attacking midfielder. Even with the unexpected exit from the champions league, this squad is in very good shape and we are just lacking thr matas and di marias. We should save th mercato money and buy a big name in the summer and shift asa to lb tonsolve that for the time being however once again I dont see the 3-5-2 being rid of.

Probably a good idea, Leali sounds promising and I'd rather the 10mil'ish that we would have to pay for Ter Stegen go to a wide player.

Courtois, anyone? His loan with Atletico Madrid runs out and Chelsea will try to loan him to some other team. We could try to convince him to come here. Have Buffon be the veteran GK who guides him to greatness. Who would turn down the chance to study under Buffon?

I can only imagine how devastating and impenetrable Juve's right flank would be if we bought Cuadrado

----------Cuadrado-----
------Vidal---------------
Barzagli-Licht----------

holy shit

Bad idea. Train him to become a great goalkeeper for Chelsea? :wth: What's the point in doing that? You know very well that IF Chelsea choose to sell him it'd be for an exorbitant fee, well beyond our means.

Cuadrado rumor for Quag is just too good to be true.even if we give Quag now and get Cuadrado's half in June.probably BS because of rats injuries.

I meant buy/take him him. His contract is running out. We could pull a Pogba.

IMO, the key to possible Cuadrado would be offloading Isla. We could get 6-7 million for his half. Inter was interested last summer.

We definitely need to get rid of Isla.
Along with DC,Motta and one of Quag/Gio are must sell for us this summer.

question...i have noticed the (starting) team becoming progressively less italian....do you all think this factors in to the purchases that will be made by the club? i know juventus has always taken pride in having a significant block of players in the azzurri...
