They sign them and don't even play them (Giaccherini was a bench player).

Honestly though, Serie A players aren't typically suited for the English game. No other country plays football like England. While it may be more exciting at times, in no other environment do teams play that back and forth. I remember when Mancini was playing a more conservative game, he got branded boring. If you compare World Cup football to EPL football, it just shows that in no other league do teams play so wide open. Frankly, Serie A players that go over aren't used to sprinting back and forth over and over again.
and especially ricky alvarez hes one of the slowest players in serie A! I think if we still had conte he woulda beena great signing for us

I don't know how we'd get Falcao unless he facilitates it due to preference:

http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/3276...716726/falcao-tevez-is-serie-as-only-champion
http://forzaitalianfootball.com/2013/01/falcao-opens-door-to-future-serie-a-move/

He clearly has a soft spot for Serie A, and his favourite team is in Italy, maybe he wants to play in Italy...
However, his adopted name "Falcao" is from a player who played for Roma...so bad for us.

That being said why in the world would Falcao accept less money to play for a worse team...
Yeah not happening...
Geez, you made one of the top 5 best central mid of all time who was also an essential part of one, if not the one, of the most beautiful Football teams in history sound like he was just a player who played for Roma. :D

And it's Falcão, not Falcao. His dad got it wrong. (who cares?)

So what's new? Now that we're rich, thanks to NapUli, are we spending it yet? @Mark

Not only that but lets say we had the money to get him on loan.

Why would he Choose us over Madrid? A city he already lived that speaks his language, playing with some of the best in the world. A CL contender. And with a possible raise in 2 or 3 years. Better league.

Why would he trade all that for Serie A and Italia?
We haven't a chance of competing against Real for him.

They have at least 5 good CMs and players like Lahm, Gaudino and Alaba (if you watched their last match both Gaudino and Alaba played CM) could do that role as well but Thiago, Martinez and Schweinsteiger are still injured, so it makes sense to go for an experienced guy on short term.

The fucking depth on their team is ridiculous, really. So many choices, fuck me.

Nope. This is never happening. Only if we were bought by the oil magnates.

Shaqiri wil be worth more than 30m next summer... You've read it here.. Mark my words
Shaqiri is not WC so forget about it!
He is being overpriced now and as soon as he leaves and join an Italian team you`ll see his price decline!
He is worth 15M now at Bayern I guess his price should be 25M with the WC and all...

He is a good working winger but its not like he is some kind of Robben!
