With Pogba/Vidal and Marchisio, we have 3 great CM's which, can also be used in other tactics.

I'm afraid by the time Pirlo steps back we'll have Conte waving goodbye, which will be the biggest blow. After that everything might change, let alone system, or potential change of two players.

With Pogba already around and being groomed for that role, a lot is in place to slot him into that role and continue with things. I don't think Juve would hire someone that would make drastic changes like Inter did when Mourinho left, but I don't think Conte is at Juve for anything less than 5 years either.
