Why don't we go back in for Lisandro? Afterall Lyon will be forced to sell if they fall short of Champions League
We are apparently linked to Grenier from Lyon, a potential understudy to Pirlo. His contract runs out in 2014, so we might get a good deal. Anyone with further information pertaining to this particular rumor?

Cavani would be perfect, even more so than Falcao in my opinion. Not only is he super lethal in front of goal, but he helps out in midfield. Just imagine what that would've done against Bayern, to have him do that. We could've won the midfield battle and the whole tie could've been reversed. He has the best workrate and stamina of any striker in the world, and yet he's also a world class finisher.

I've watched more of Cavani than Falcao, this is true. But I have watched Falcao enough to have an opinion. Even some of the matches he's been truly bossing, scoring hattricks and shit. He's an absolutely phenomenal striker. I dunno, I just think Cavani is the missing piece of this Juve-puzzle. Falcao would obviously be great as well, but I'm just saying I'd choose Cavani over him. Perhaps Falcao is slightly better at finishing, but I still feel Cavani would offer more overall.

Don't get me wrong, Cavani would be an excellent choice for Juve but Falcao has that something else, he's a beast in every single aspect of what a Striker is all about. And IMO would be a much better choice if we're aiming for the Cl. For Serie A, Cavani would do fine.

You don't think Cavani could make the difference in the CL?
Could, yes. But i see Falcao as a more decisive and overall polished footballer who would be more important to us in big matches. As you've said, Cavani is more of a collective kind of player while Falcao is the number 9 loner, pretty much like Romário was. And there aren't many of those around anymore, it's a dying breed. I'm not really sure that's the kind of player we need for Serie A, but someone like that with that much talent would be heaven for Big CL matches.

All in all, I'd be happy with either. But Falcao would be my top priority.
