Repeated quotes from high ranking officials doesn't detract the fact that we have spent close to 200m in transfer fees over the last three seasons. And that figure would've been in excess of that amount, had Fiorentina accepted our last minute 30m bid for Jojo last season.

They were close to us a season ago, and they had to made SO many sales to keep afloat, while we actually are close to making profit while we can SPEND another 40-45mil in the summer, and can manage the increased wagecost.
Yes, Marotta saves this club ALOT more then the 200mil spend.
