We must sign this cerci guy. freaking amazing

Getting a real WB that can beat a defender and cross does upgrade the 'attack', especially with Llorente. I think 3-5-2 will always have problems without one.
We need wingbacks to be good defensively first. beating defenders, crossing, thats for actual wingers.

Cant think of any nearly financially possible wingback that can defend, attack, dribble and cross

Alberto Cerri (striker, Parma), '96, seems we and Inter are after him, said to have big potential, Paratici likes him and is a step ahead in the battle for his signature. Never seen him play though...

He and baggio shud like get a room seriously.
So says the silent observer.

It's like they haven't been following the previous two mercati and the real quotes from several high ranking members of the club. Agnelli said we can't spend big, Marotta said we can't spend big and Conte said we can't spend big - repeatedly. And yet they want Jovetic, Higuain/Tevez IN ADDITION to squad signings and youth talents :howler:
Repeated quotes from high ranking officials doesn't detract the fact that we have spent close to 200m in transfer fees over the last three seasons. And that figure would've been in excess of that amount, had Fiorentina accepted our last minute 30m bid for Jojo last season.

You are free to believe whatever quote from whichever high ranking official of the club, but the numbers speak for themselves. Agnelli can say it. Marrotta can say it. Conte can say it. The only reason you don't think we have the money is because we don't have one truly WC player in our ranks for all the money we have spent.

You are hopeless. Why do you even bother discussing mercato and finances, while what you say is just an illustration of a pathetic shortsighted approach on this ?

Seriously, i could give a fucking list of 10 goddamn lines on why Marotta did what, but you wouldnt understand it anyway so i wont bother. I'll keep it at two lines you should be reasonably able to comprehend.

1) Considering the savings to wage cost made 3 years ago, and how the bill kept down significantly, and the impressive increased marketvalue of his marquee signings, marotta saved the club more then 200mil. Look at milan. Look at their pathetic wage bill. They were close to us a season ago, and they had to made SO many sales to keep afloat, while we actually are close to making profit while we can SPEND another 40-45mil in the summer, and can manage the increased wagecost.
Yes, Marotta saves this club ALOT more then the 200mil spend.

2) "we spend 200mil the past 3 years. we should have not spend anything and purchased messi"
Yeah, thats how stupid statements like that look.

Seriously, if you dont have anything intelligent to say, say nothing at all.

I like Boakye, I think he's the only 1 between all 3 of them to have some serious potential.

Therefore to involve him in any negotiation looks stupid to me.
