higuain is a $#@! striker......
stupid with be ball....misses most of the chances... is like molinaro but in atack (at least he runs)
scored a lot in la liga i know....but that is easy in a league were u win most of the games 8-0

Does that apply to Llorente or is Llorente better because Biblao didnt have a quality team? Such bullshit. Higuain is great

Why dont we just get higuain an play a 4-4-2 with llorente and higuain playing as the strikers and vucinic drops deep into to midfield so basically a 4-3-1-2. Nvm it wont give us much width. But honestly if juve plan on getting both ibra and higuain or even one of them we are basically stuck with a 3-5-2

3-5-2 is not a problem if we get wide players who can cross and/or beat their man.
But the thing is i remember hearing this from some where snd it fits applies to conte and juve. Every coach has to have a plan b when it comes to when you are either losing a match or thr plan and tactics arent working. Im not saying anything about contes coaching and he is indeed a very good coach, im simply saying we are too depent on the 3-5-2. We lack wingers so we can pnly play the 3-5-2 because everyone seems to make the excuse that out back 3 is too good. Anyhow i honestly want to see Higuain come and or ibra but i really want to see a winger. Not a wingback. We have padoin peluso and asa who can play on the left and we have pepe licht and padoin who can play on the right. We have to focus our money on the attack and that is really it. We have too much depth. If we are going to get a lwb or even a reb we have to sell players within those positions

We need a player in the final third who can dribble, beat a player, produce a moment of magic. That has been sorely lacking since DP left the fold. Pirlo and Pogba are our best dribblers! Giovinco hasn't come good (yet). I would happily see Mirko sold, while we can still get some value for him. LLorente must be close to guaranteed a good chance of starting whenever fit and available, without such an assurance he would have signed for another, better paying club.

(In our 3-5-2)
This leaves one spot open to Giovinco, Vucinic, Matri, Quagliarella. (Iaquinta, Anelka, Bendtner all gone)
I would expect two of the list to leave. Most likely Quagliarella and Matri, although I'd rather see the other two leave.
As to who will arrive in their places...Personally I would like to see Muriel and Gabbiadini. Leaving us with-
Muriel, Llorente, Giovinco, Gabbiadini, Matri.
Ideally, but this surely will not happen, mainly due to our sour relations with the fiorentia president, we would purchase Jovetic, sell up a few and leave our strikers as the following-
Muriel, Jovetic, Llorente, Gabbiadini, Matri, Quagliarella.

In midfield...we are fine. Although I wouldn't roar with rage if Marchisio left the squad, for 20-25m. If that allowed us to get the forward line above, I'd be very happy indeed. Asamoah should be given a chance as a central midfielder. As well as he has done, he is not a specialist left wing back and his greatest assets are shown when he is playing at CM. Other than a second striker of true class or potential class, the ONLY position we surely must improve is at LWB where we are playing a CM and have Peluso as back-up who is at times solid, but often limited by his lack of technique.

We need a LWB/LB. Why not bring in Laursen from the youth team to deputise? Too young most likely. Regardless LB is the only true problem position in the team alongside the lack of real quality in our attack.

IN-
Llorente (ST) Free
Jovetic (SS/ST) 30m
Muriel (SS) Our 50% of Boakye valued now at 6-8m + another player or 7m
Gabbiadini (ST) the value of the 50% we purchased last summer was 5.5m, which has probably risen a little, so we will need to pay maybe 7-9m for his remaining 50% to Atalanta. (Probably best to forget about Troisi, of whom we still own 50% also, he has hardly played for them)
Kolarov? (LB) 10-15m
Total spend- 30m+7m+9m+10m = 56m(although we will/can probably exchange other players for Gabbiadini's remaining 50% meaning the net spend would be 47m. And Udinese were interested in Boakye so we could give them our 50% of him which has increased to surely 6/7m...taking our net spend down to 40m)

OUT-
Iaquinta 0
Anelka 0
Bendtner 0
2 from Matri, Quags, Vucinic - 15-20m
Caceres could also leave, as he has played barely 10 games...8-10m (I want him to stay though, a true warrior)
Fausto Rossi - 3-5m
Immobile (50%) - 3-5m
De ceglie 1-3m
Net revenue 43m
I won't bother factoring in the potential Claudio sale, he isn't anywhere near as coveted as Vidal and I can't see us selling either player. regardless of the bid. I have not taken into account the other co-ownerships we will likely renew/ enter into/ send to a blind auction to resolve/ sell our remaining 50%. A few more million there overall.

I cannot see any of our players, co -owned or otherwise coming to the senior squad other than Gabbiadini and possibly Masi. We really do not need much in terms of renovation. If (amongst our youth) we had an ace regista and quality LB and wonderful strikers, it would be a different case. As it stands, Boakye needs testing at Serie A level, Manolo has done okay, certainly looked brighter than Immobile, whose 50% we will surely sell this summer.

As for promotions from youth...Masi and Leali have done very well in Serie B. Leali will get a Serie A club. Perhaps Masi can do the same, and earn his spot. Neither are ready for Juve. Nowhere near. Appelt and Buoy need longer. Boakye needs games so should be used as a makeweight or maintained as a co-ownership.

Some very interesting moves will be made from out of our primavera...Bonatini, Padovan, Beltrame, Branescu, Rugani, Magnusson, Garcia, Kabashi, Ceria, Pepic, Cevallos??? All will be farmed out, or co-owned.

I don't want Higuaín 'cause I feel that he wouldn't do that much of a great partnership with Llorente. But fuck it, if we get him and Ljajic I'd be glad, he's not my favorite striker in the world, but would totally be an upgrade and still quite young. We need for him to go back to his 08/09, 09/10 and 11/12 form tho.

yeah I agree we need one more CF, but I think that CF is for backup only, in this case Gabbiadini is enough, no need the expensive one.
we need an AMF very bad, because I think we will use 3-5-1-1 formation very often next season, I dream of christian eriksen or Alan Dzagoev for this position, but according to the news we will sign Diamanti.
another important position is LWB, we should sign great LWB, so we can start to rotate Asamoah in the midfield position. Coentrao/Lulic/Kolarov will be great.
for the last we need a backup CB, I want Sorensen to come back to us and fill this position

Out: Giacherini, Isla, Matri, Quagliarella, Bendtner, Anelka, Iaquinta
In: Llorente, AMF (hopefully someone greater than Diamanti), LWB (Coentrao/Lulic/Kolarov), backup CB (Sorensen), Backup ST (Gabbiadini)

if we want to sign a great SS, we should sell Giovinco first (I dont see we will sell this midget)

that's all my opinion for the summer transfer

Well ID, you're entitled to your opinion - and I certainly won't sit here and say that Jovetic is going to turn into a better player than Ibra - that would represent massive growth, very hard to predict that. But saying he'll never be 1/10th the player is a little much, imo.

One thing that I was fairly surprised about - look at their stats at similar ages in Serie A (and consider that one of these players lost a full season to a major knee injury, and was also the focal point of his offence). Jovetic has a better goals per game ratio in Calcio at his age than Zlatan did. Ibra didn't put up a better goals per game ratio than Jovetic did (at age 22) in our league, until he was 25, and playing for Inter.

Again, will Jojo become better than Ibra? I'm not saying that, nor do I think he'll become as prolific a goalscorer; Zlatan's shots is fierce, his finishing is sublime.

I just wanted to point a simple fact out to the masses of Ibra worshippers, and more so to the Jojo bashers out there (I know you rate the player, though).

It would be great to secure a player that the club can grow with.
I don't think Jojo has showed the skill that Ibra did at a young age to suggest he will become better or as good.

Still would rather Diamanti than some of these names. We're overloaded with CM's-B2B mids and No.9 forwards. Even Vucinic is slowing down too much to play that AM/SS role.

Sure I'd prefer someone better/younger, just that a player who can play SS/AM/Winger competently would really help our variety. That's why Conte is usually stuck with one formation.
