Say its either up to Higuain, Jovetic or Ibra: (Ibra on 7M wages, Higuain on 4.5M, Jovetic on 3.5M)

Ibra: 15M tansfer fee + 3 years x 7M = 36M
Higuain: 25M transfer fee + 4 years x 4.5M = 43M
Jovetic: 25-30M transfer fee + 4 years x 3.5 = 39M-44M

Ibra would actually be the cheapest, but there's no way we'll get him at 7M. :D
I saw some articles where it was about 8-9M per year... So at 8M it would still be the "cheapest"

I don't think Di Maria is on the market...

Anyway, I believe a real possibility is that Conte might not count on Isla next year. Maybe we'll sell our half for 7/8M and buy a young left wing back, like Lucas Digne.

Matteo Liviero from the Primavera who is now on loan to a Lega Pro side is said to be a very promising young left back/left winger back. He's on Italy U20.

Ibra would definitely be the most expensive because Juve won't sell him. He'll not become a valuable asset. We can have Jovetic and Higuain for 3/4 years and sell him for at least 75% of the price paid for them. This won't happen to Ibra. So he'll be the most expensive I believe.

According to polish journalist we made an offer for Jakub 'Kuba' Błaszczykowski :shifty:
Realistic taget. Guys forget about the likes of Di Maria and Higuain. You'll get disappointed in the end and whole "Marotta unable to bring WC player again" will begin.

Realistic? We'd be one of the luckiest clubs in the world if we somehow manage to lure him before the big spending clubs cover BVB and the player with lucrative offers. Kuba is great.

He's not the type of player they would go for. I see him as a typical purchase Moggi would make before. And also some who could probably better fit in here than the likes of Di Maria.

:agree: about the part that he could fit better here than the likes of Di Maria. I would love to have Kuba here.

Good point for you. Your point of view is unattackable.
But that would be a sort of pirlo IMO. We could invest on him even if we won't make money on him (without taking into account shirts sales...)

would be nice if udine take back isla's half for Asamoah's full ownership. Unfortunately thats unlikely to happen.the great man got a bit of a situation here.

Well he'll figure it out. Isla flopped here majorly but prior to coming here he was injured for 6 months or so. Injuries like that require time not just for body to recover but mind as well. Licht is 29 and Padoin is just an average and very limited player so having someone like Isla could be benefitial in the end. He was excellent before injury and I doubt he forgot how to play football. I'm still convinced he needs more time. But Udine will nevertheless have to drop that price a bit.

yeah I'm aware isla is/used to be a dynamic player, but I think his recovery has taken far too long. It would have been no rush to spend 18 mil on him, if he was expected to be out for the whole season. And the fact that most of his play and effectiveness is dependant on his physics doesnt help his cause either.
