I think if there is no competition , so far the rumors I have been seeing is Bayern , we can strike a deal at 25million, provided City does sign another attacker.
This will force them to sell.

I think our market this summer will be targeting young players like Marotta has mentioned. He wants to add players who are young , therefore giving a good resell value.
Unless Zampa wants to let go Balza cheaply like how Noce was sold to Milan, i think it's unlikely we see him here due to this reasons.

These clubs are allowed to fuck around with huge debts in Spain, they didn't even use the Kun Agüero money to help with that situation but went out and spent similar to get another forward. I'd rather wait for Higuain next season, if we can't get him this year. Sign Suarez instead (yes I know he's not a CF, but he's a massive upgrade to anything we have in attack, and an impact player).

As for Dzeko, I wouldn't go over 25 Million Euros for him; however, I'd rather wait until there are better options on the market.

The dream trio would be Suarez/JoJo - Higuain - Neymar, but I doubt that is going to happen. Nonetheless, signing Suarez or JoJo this summer, and focusing all our efforts on Higuain next season (a strong possibility considering he might be fed up of a bench role by then) will create a formidable attack for years to come.
