Banfield's Facundo Ferreyra back on Juventus radar
The young Argentine has been in superb form in 2011 and has allegedly caught the attention of the Turin giants
Facundo Ferreyra has again attracted the interest of Juventus with his impressive performances for Banfield in the past few months, Sportitalia reports.
The Turin giants are looking to add some fresh blood to their attack as veterans such as Luca Toni, Vincenzo Iaquinta and Amauri are all expected to leave the club in the near future, and Juve see the 20-year-old Ferreyra as a useful addition to their squad.
Juventus were already being linked with the attacker during the summer transfer window, but their interest had since gone cold. However, they are now considering making another move for Ferreyra.
The Argentina Under-20 international is a product of the Banfield youth academy and has developed into an important first team member since making his official debut in 2008.
His contract with his current club runs until the summer of 2014.
