I humbly disagree :D; and get Borriello outta there :yuck: :inter:
Believe me even me don't want this :D, but for a discount (like 4-5M) i will take him for 3rd choice for the CF position. He has all-around quality, but neither is good, sadly.

Suarez seems to be too wasteful. We need a prolific goalscorer in that position. Just looking at his stats, he has 121 shots and only 11 goals. Vucinic has 100 shots and 7 goals.

Too make a long story short I would rather have Cavani than any other striker at this moment. He just suits the system and he has proven himself.
Nice stats. But he plays with a lot static players around-not make much movements. I saw a lot of match he created and shooted all by himself. And i think you will surprise to know how many woodworks he hit :D, just ask a Liverpool fans.
Another note, i don't remember where i read this, but Cavani have the same shot attempts/goals like Matri. He has double shot attempts and also have somewhat double goals, but the ratio is the same. What do you think of it? From what i've seen, this stat, if not true, is not far from the reality.

Matri is a good poacher, yet he still suffer in Conte's system due his lack of technique and first touch. From what i've seen, CF isn't the one who takes most of the shot in Conte's system, they make wall pass, drew defender out of position, and can be isolated with numbers if he have to work all by himself (like the game vs Cesena).CF like Cavani and Higuain are WC, but as good as they are, i think they still suffer again teams defence with numbers with the way we play now. My first choice for the attack is Suarez, he can play everywhere in the trident and is a game changer with his unpredictable style. Suarez, Quag is also very good goalscorer too.
Agree. I think Suarez would be much more useful to our play and based on your view of Conte's CF... i think Vucinic would also be suited to that role. He played it perfectly against Milan (first game), plus he prefers to set up.

Problem is we might not be as clinical but their abilities would then allow Vidal and Marchisio more opportunities to get forward and finish.
