just a couple of remarks:
- pogba is in his prime only on paper. you said he did nothing but dabbed for years, which is accurate. he looks disinterested, is earning all the money in the world, and picked money over winning anything, which is telling. he could have left manchester if he really wanted to, but he preferred his paycheck and playing shit without consequences there. raiola tried to push him out last summer when covid wasn't a thing, and neither real, nor juve offered enough, so he stayed. pogba is all about the money at this point.
- money is not an issue, because he's got a fat paycheck at adidas? come on mate, like it was easy with ronaldo or any other well sponsored player for the same reason. it doesn't make any difference.
- nobody will pay him 17m, that's for sure, that's probably the most important reason why he's likely to let his contract run out, and that's why he won't take a massive paycut 1,5 years before his contract expires. if he's too unhappy, he might leave next summer, but only for 'the right offer'. even next summer nobody is likely to top a 17m contract, no club will recover from covid by then. a year later, markets are likely to look better, and negotiating as a free agent is easier for any player.
- dybala's demands aren't realistic at all. that's why his contract renewal takes years. that 15m shouldn't be a benchmark, no club will pay him anything close to that.
100% agree on aouar + locatelli. realistically the pogba-raiola package can't be that cheap that i'd consider him. i don't see him as a hard working team player either. just stay away.
