Saying no to Ramos with our horrible defense is pretty much a crime.

I'd easily go after him despite his age. It would be a huge improvement.

The thing with Bonucci is tricky as he is obviously a leader and can defend most of the match in perfect fashion while also provide some nice playmaking from the back but then he has his lapse and we concede.
Managers either ignore it or they think he is worth it despite of it.
As for what I have seen so far:
Chiellini still got it but every season could be his last + very injury prone now..
Bonucci prone to mistakes
Rugani - Dogshit
Demiral - Usually defends well but he is way too uncomfortable especially when he has the ball
MDL - Great
Danilo - Im very surprised by him, he is our best performing defender this year.
Romero - Did Atalanta buy him or just loaned him? He is doing quite well.

So Demiral is not yet ready to be a proper starter while Chiellini gets injured a lot and we all agree we need a CB over Bonucci
That leaves us with MDL and Danilo - We definitely need another CB and Ramos could be a very good addition as he can defend and also score with his headers.
Current team options - Only question is Romero - gone or is he still ours?

Its debatable but I can definitely confirm it wouldnt go past Chiellini or MDL.

I'd have probably banked on Rugani stopping caicedo, thats how bad and static bumucci was on caicedo, not the first time, Duvan Zapata made bumucci his play thing in recent seasons.

Im not saying we shouldnt give him a kick in the ass, Im saying he has these attributes and like it or not he definitely has them.

As for our defenders - I like Demiral more but he seems uncomfortable. He is not there yet.

Danilo is class this year while Chiellini is class when not injured.
To me MDL is more of a Bonucci replacement rather than Chiellini as he also has playmaking skills.
Add Ramos to the mix and our defense could be iron steel!
The only thing we would still be needing is a great midfielder.

P.S it was mentioned Pirlo wanted Locatelli - I want someone with more goals and assists but to be honest, should we sign him he would be the most suitable player from our existing players unless Rabiot suddenly ups his offensive game
